We will deliver the purchased goods to the address specified by You or to selected parcel machines in Lithuania and in EU countries.
Free delivery options are available in the following Baltic states: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland; and is only valid for orders from 69 EUR value.
In the absence of free delivery conditions, standard delivery prices are from 2.90 to 4.90 EUR in LT, LV, EE and PL.
Shipping to other EU countries are available. Standart delivery price is 6.90 Eur. After entering the address during checkout, you will see the available delivery options for Your country and you can choose the one that suits you. We work with most of main delivery companies, so we can offer the best costs to our customers.
Consultations:
After purchasing a consultation (not a Gift Voucher), you will receive a confirmation email. We will contact you personally within 24 hours and agree on the date and time of the consultation.
Gift cards:
After purchasing Gift Coupon for consultation You will get confirmation by email. The Gift Coupon for consultations is valid for 12 months from the date of its purchase. When receiving or collecting the ordered goods, check the condition of the shipment(s) and sign the invoice (waybill) or other shipment transfer-acceptance document, if one is provided. In the event that during the transfer-acceptance of the goods you have noticed violations of the external appearance of the shipment and/or the product(s), inconsistencies in the package (shopping bag) of the product(s), be sure to note this in the invoice, waybill or other shipment transfer-acceptance document, if such is provided, and, in the presence of our representative who delivered (provided) the shipment to you, write a free-form report of violations/inconsistencies of the shipment and/or product(s). If the parcel was delivered to the parcel machine: please write us via email info@manopalete.lt and send decent quality pictures within 3 days in case of product damage or inconsistencies in the package (shopping bag), if any. If you do not take these steps, we will not be liable for:

- inconsistencies in the package (shopping bag)
The goods can be collected only by a person specified at the time of placing the order. Therefore, when collecting up the goods, it is necessary to carry and present a valid document confirming personal identity (identity card, passport or new model driver's license) if our representative who delivered (provided) the shipment is asking for it.
