Why should I know my Seasonal Color Type and plan my wardrobe based on it?

What percentage of your closet do You wear? 50 percent? Or maybe 20 percent? The rest of the clothes are often not liked, even though You used time and money to buy them. Have You noticed that with some colors your face looks more beautiful, your eyes stand out, it even vibes Your character while with others your face seems pale or becomes blurred, losing its healthy appearance? These are the wonders of matching/mismatching colors (shades)! An interior designer often starts with a color palette when creating an interior, and its selection and coordination is one of the designer's most important tasks. The same rules apply to clothing! If we match Your personal coloring with colors that reveal it, there will be many advantages:

  • The eyes will stand out
  • Skin tone will be more even, wrinkles and pimples will become less noticeable
  • Face will appear narrower
  • Shape of the face (oval) will harmonize
  • You will look younger and healthier
  • You will look more interesting and harmonious - the clothes will become a part of your appearance, not an separate element.
And also:
  • In the long run, you will save money because you will gradually reduce the number of clothes you don't wear - you will prefer to wear the ones that match in color.
  • It's eco-friendly! More loved clothes = less spending = less consumption = a happier Planet!

How is a person's Color (Seasonal) Type determined?

It is important to understand that our approach is holistic. A person is a whole - his eyes or hair "store" information as temperament or character. The task of color analysis is not to "impose" colors on the client, without delving into whether they are close to him. The task is to find such colors (shades) according to 3 dimensions and their level: bright/soft  warm/cold  light/dark, which will perfectly match the INSIDE and OUTSIDE of a person. Only in this case, the items purchased later might be wanted to be worn, loved, because they will complement and reveal, harmonize the appearance. So, the first step of a consultation or meeting is a brief introduction to You by asking general, non-personal  questions about your lifestyle, clothing goals, favorite style, etc. And only then, according to a special technique, using many different fabrics, placing them near the face and comparing (draping), 1 color type out of 12 possible is determined.

How long does Consultation (Seasonal Color Analysis) take? How to use the knowledge gained during it?

Consultation with 1 person usually takes 2-2.5 hours; 2-person consultation usually takes 2.5-3.5 hours.

At the end of the consultation, each client receives a palette with 65 shades of different colors corresponding to his/her color (seasonal) type, many tips and instructions on how to use it. Languages might be lithuanian or english.

What are Mano Paletė services and products for?

For anyone and everyone who wants to look more interesting, younger and beautiful without much effort. There are no gender or age restrictions - if you wear clothes, seasonal color analysis will be suitable for you. The consultation is one-time, which means it will be enough for the rest of your life. The palette or cards received (or purchased without consultation) may need to be replaced only if lost or damaged. Everyone's color type accompanies him/her throughout life and usually does not change or changes very little with age (gradually decreasing pigmentation), so in most cases it is possible to wear colors from the same palette all the time. Of course, if the color type was chosen correctly!

We work according to one of the most famous and well known color analysis systems Sci/Art, created by Kathryn Kalisz. Subsequently, PrismXII, founded by Nikki Bogardus, sought to give Kathryn's principles and teachings a future by further developing the framework and tools, enlightening the world to a deeper awareness of color and its influence on our lives. In keeping with Sci\Art's heritage, PrismXII has one of the world's most respected collections of fabrics and palettes for color analysis. PrismXII has scientifically based the 12-tone seasonal color system and is therefore able to offer proven products manufactured with the highest level of color accuracy. All the colors used in the 12-season PrismXII palettes perfectly represent Munsell® colors with perfectly balanced levels of hue, lightness and value.

Each color in the palette is measured with a spectrometer to ensure accuracy.
