8. Policy of changing and returning goods
8.1. Defects of the sold goods are removed, low-quality goods are replaced, returned in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Protection of Consumer Rights and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer's bank account.
8.2. The buyer can use given rights and return the product within 14 days for no reason mentioned. The rule does not apply to Gift Cards and Coupons. Gift Cards and Coupons cannot be changed for cash.

8.3. In order to return the item(s) based on Rule 1. or 2. point, the Buyer can do this within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller using the ways of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned product, the order number also the reasons for the return, if item's quality looks questionable.
8.4. When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar suitable products.
8.5. If Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery.
8.6. When the buyer returns the product not because of the seller's or manufacturer's fault, the buyer organizes the return of the product or, according to the agreement with the seller, pays the costs incurred during the return of the product.
8.7. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
8.7.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
8.7.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
8.7.3. the product must not be used, not assembled, not lose its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn off, etc.);
8.7.4. the returned product must be in the same complete set as the Buyer received it;
8.7.5. when returning the product, the Buyer might be asked to present the document of its purchase.
8.8. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedures for returning goods established in the article 8.7.
